3. Coffee
You should in take coffee 4 hours before you go to sleep. The coffee has caffeine that fortifies and freshens your body that is why try to avoid it.
4. Books
Try to avoid reading books before you sleep. Especially to those who are hooked into what they are reading. It will keep you up all night to see what's gonna hapoen next. You should read one hour before going to sleep.

5. Mobile phones
Mobile phones, laptops and other gadgets should be kept away from you when you are in bed. They are the things that distracts you in your brain stimulation process.
6. Lighted Alarm Clocks
Having alarm clocks that has dimmer numbers, it maybe digital or a classic one. This is because having alarm clocks that has bright colors will build up your brain thus will lead to having trouble falling asleep.
7. Sleeping Routine
Sleeping routines that is firm on helping your brain gradually shut down for you to catch some Z's. You can begin by not sleeping in the afternoon or in any particular time of the day.
8. Drinking
If you tend to drink water or anything that you drink 1-2 hours before going to sleep will definitely wake you up just for you to go the bathroom.
9. Mattress
If you think that sleeping in any kind of mattress is enough, well maybe you should start thinking again. In buying such, disregard first the price. What's important is for you to have that comfortable and good night's sleep.
10. Exercise
If you do this at-least 3 hours before going to sleep, it will really make you stay awake all night. Because exercising stimulates your body.
11. Sleeping position
People often sleep in their backs or stomachs but it is better to sleep on your sides or find a sleeping position that'll make you sleep faster and keeps you from having a sore back from the time you wake up.
12. Bedtime Routines
Making bedtime routines like taking a shower, brushing your teeth or washing your face will make you feel refreshed and stimulates your mind to go to bed.
